Although we had about 40mins of wait time, the front desk staff was very friendly and attentive to my dog. Made sure he had treats and water and belly rubs :) I was happy with the appointment overall. Doc really spent time with us and educated me + answered all of my questions. We will be back and I would recommend this place to others!!

Dr. Boen is the only veterinarian I see at West Orange Animal Hospital. He is the most compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. He goes out of his way to explain thoroughly all options available and any and all questions thereafter. The only one for me any my pets. Five stars!

I am very spoiled by the explanations & genuine concern that Dr. Boen has always shown not only for me but my precious fur babies. He was off on Wednesday when I brought my puppy in to have her sutures removed. When they brought her out I told them her nose was very warm & they took her temperature & discovered she had a 105.3 temp. I didn t feel as comfortable as I normally do when Dr. Boen is there. The staff, especially Barbara & Krista are so personable & knowledgeable!

Barbara was great at getting Halli in the next day at 10 a.m. Dr. Bruno was excellent! He took a great amount of time patiently answering all of my questions (with thorough explanations) and even ran some tests while we waited. I really appreciated all of his helpful advise and information.
