I was extremely satisfied with my appointment. The doctor spent a lot of time making sure all of my dogs needs were met. I love the new facilities. The one challenge, was actually created by another client who allowed her dog to roam freely at the end of its flexilead which made my dog go a little nuts. I miss the old entry where dogs exiting and dogs entering were kept separate. This problem was quickly handled when the staff allowed me to take my dogs home and return later that morning to pay my bill. Very grateful for all the wonderful care you give my dogs.

I liked the separate areas for cats and dogs. It was also convenient to have a bench to place the carrier, so I did not have to balance it a chair. It would be nice to have an entrance near the parking lot.

Absolutely love this place!!! Staff has been nothing but friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable! Sometimes the wait to be seen can be long, but it is only because they take in emergency cases, which is so comforting to know that if your pet has an emergency they will see you! Can t say enough great things about here!!!
