I would like to commend the entire West Orange Animal Hospital staff for their professionalism and caring for my cat. She is very shy, and they treat her with patience and concern.

They always go above and beyond. Doctor bruno has been helping me with my pitbull terrier who has cushings. He has be there every step of the way including phone calls to check up and emergency service when he crashed. Honestly the nicest and most caring ive met. He treats my dog like his own.

I went 2 times without appointment and all the staff was wonderful with us and they took care of my cat problem on a very professional manner. Thank you very much.

I am not sure if my answers went through but I gave excellent (5 stars) for all 6 questions. I was very satisfied with our experience and always have been.

I especially appreciate the fact that Dr. Boen called me late Tuesday evening to provide me with the results of diagnostic testing performed earlier that day on my dog Roddy. He also prescribed medication and called it into the pharmacy and then called me back to let me know what time the pharmacy was closing that evening.

Finally meeting Dr Bruno was great - he spent plenty of time with me and explained my questions thoroughly - and even had a story!

* I was absolutely impressed that my cat and carrier were cleaned for me - my cat had a bathroom accident from the stress of being brought in. * When I came in it took a moment for me to realize that there was a separate section for cats. It is really small. * I think dogs should have to remain with their owners, on a short leash. I didn t like that a customer allowed her dog to come over to me and my carrier, in the cat section. There wasn t any signage that I noticed that advised people to keep their pets with them. * I do like that everyone at the desk was pleasant and polite and answered all my questions. * The renovation is wonderful. Apart from that dog, I had a very nice experience.

Dr boon is GREAT

We have been coming for 30 years and have always received excellent care. This visit Dr Boen saw us and as always was wonderful, compassionate, extremely thorough and understanding.

I m always so impressed with the quality of care my Harry receives. He s treated with gentle kindness.

My first time visit at this clinic was a great experience for me and my pet since I went in as an emergency visit. They gave me great comfort for me and my pet. I m really thankful for their service. Will come again and definitely will recommend.
