I was very pleased with all of the staff from the time of checking in to meeting the technician to meeting the doctor. I feel we were all on the same page. I feel all will be a great fit for both our cat, Mouse and us as well. We look forward to seeing you again, hopefully not too soon ??

The staff was friendly and great! We had to travel to have surgery for our cat and they were great to get us in and get our cat on his way to recovery. They helped get us on our way as soon as possible after surgery and followed up to check on him.

I had an emergency with my dog. ZimmVet got her in the same day with a Veterinarian seeing her between appointments! They did an amazing job researching the possible reasons for her sickness. They got a list of medications my dog may have eaten and evaluated each medicine. They are so caring and compassionate and love animals. I trust them completely with the care of my dog!

Everything was great! Although Tinker is very nervous during her appointments, the techs and doctors always do their best to make her feel comfortable and less vulnerable.

Words cannot express my gratitude. I had just laid my sweet 15 year old dog to rest the day before (at a different Vet) I had to bring my 7 year old dog Buddy in, for an ACL tear. They had found Buddy also had a heart murmur. I instantly started crying and Dr.Soderberg and the vet tech were so kind. They assured me that this was not a death sentence for him and we can manage all the things going on. That kind of compassion was hard to find that week with any Vet place and I am so happy that I took my dog here. We will definitely be back and hopefully make this our forever Vet. Thank you so much for the detailed explanations and kindness. It really did help through a difficult few days.

First time coming to Zimmvet and was very pleased with the service my dog received. My girl is very leery of new people and surroundings and Zimmvet was very gentle and patient with her. We will for sure be back.
