Any experience with this clinic is always top-rate in any aspect: quality of care provided, professionalism of all staff, facilities clean and well cared for, cost. I wish Zimmvet was closer (I m 2+ hours 1 way away); if so, no question it would be my regular clinic. On this unplanned drop-off visit on a Monday morning (yes, worst possible time!), the visit could not have been better. The time frame in which the exam was completed far exceeded any hope I had with the timing of an early Monday. Thank you for regularly exceeding any hopes or expectations I have!!!

I went to Zimm Vet in a crises. My Yorkie s trachea collapsed and the current meds weren t working from another vet. After meeting the staff at Zimm Vet, I felt heard and they gave me options. I even got a follow up call the next day from the vet herself. Very professional yet so down to earth and they don t charge insane fees. Extremely surprised and pleased, it couldn t have been better of a visit!

This was honestly the best vet visit I ve probably ever had. We called on Tuesday and couldn t get in to be seen until Friday - which I completely understand, given staffing issues, the rise in pet ownership, etc - but that was still the same week, so I appreciated getting the appointment. The staff were all extremely friendly and professional and I just appreciate the whole approach by the whole clinic. You ve won our future business. Thank you!
