The people at the vets are always kind and pleasant. I have an old dog and when I pick her up she is always calm never stressed yes she is happy to be going home but she is not stressed about going to see the vet. Keep up the excellent work and thank you for caring

We love this office and Dr J. Schonknecht is fantastic. However, we don t like that we can t be in the room during the check up. We understood the reasoning during Covid, but don t know why we can t go in now. Being in the room is less stressful on the dog as well as we can ask questions and feel included in our pets care. This system makes the experience less personable and makes us feel less included in our pets care.

Thank you for all you did when we arrived with our 6 puppies that had gotten car sick . Cleaned their crate , gave us towels to clean puppies tested us very well .

Our dog had an emergent issue that we hoped to get answers on. The vet clinic worked with us to get our pup in the same day, and were kind and helpful to our dog and ourselves. We are happy that our business is done here and will continue to use Barr-North Veterinary Services Ltd.

Very friendly and helpful staffs! My 2 dogs got in for suspected UTI. I am very much worried for my dogs health and I as their human mom wanted only the beat for them so I asked for blood work to be done as well. You can tell right away that they don’t look at their clients as a bank machine because the Vet itself suggested to wait for the result of their Urinary Exam. If they find something is off, my dogs will have their bloodwork but since results are clear, my dogs dont have to do bloodwork. It saves me money and save my dogs from being traumatized. Thank you for looking after my fur babies and making sure I don’t waste money for unnecessary exams.
