An older gentleman was in with his dog that was going to be put down. I thought all the staff I saw deal with him were amazing. They show compassion as well as professionalism. One of the many reasons I will always bring my animals to the practice. ??

Maybe you guys could have a line up dedicated for just paying once an appointment is completed ? :) had to wait quite awhile once our appointment was over to pay because it got a bit busy with people coming in for different things, noticed a lady in front of me was there for awhile after her appointment as well due to the same thing. Would get people out of the clinic space with their pets quicker :) great service otherwise, awesome staff.

I loved the new girl at the front counter, taking the history, I think her name is Eleanor. I loved the new vet, Dr. Stamm, she was very thoughtful and thorough. Actually, everyone seemed friendly and there was a good “vibe “ at the clinic.

It was nice to be able to talk to a vet again. The new vet DR. Stamm took the time to come and talked to me about my dogs diagnosis and explained everything very well. I really appreciated that -- it s something that has been lacking at the clinic for some time. Keep up the good work DR. Stamm and staff.

Super professional! Had both of my horses power float explained in detail, and even got a chance to look in and learn! I so appreciate it! The facility was clean, staff was friendly and patient, letting my horses settle in nice!

I don’t like that I’m not able to go and stay with my dogs while they are getting treated. I understand that this way is more efficient for your clinic but it makes the whole procedure look like mass production and I’m thinking about switching to a different vet for my dogs.

My only reason to not be returning is we are moving and would like to thank everyone for the past many years of excellent care for all my fur puppers.

I would like to of been with my pet during the appt as he is difficult and calms down with my presence also like to see what is done as I have for over forty years having pets.

The staff knew I was upset that Cuddles was hurting and not feeling well. They were all very patient with both of us and knew she was not just a pet. Cuddles is our four legged fur baby and we would do anything for her. Not to mention they showed love toward Cuddles which means a world to my husband and me.
