I was very happy with my visit!

Thank you for adding on a service that was not scheduled it was much appreciated.

I am disappointed that I am no longer able to be present during the examination of my pet. She is taken from me and returned after the examination by a veterinarian or otherwise and I receive no information on who she was seen by or feedback on her overall condition. If my pet had a health condition of concern, I would likely find another clinic to take her to so that I might be better informed of the situation.

We could not be treated better at Barr-North. The personal touch we receive there is amazing and the the staff truly care about and for our animals. Thank you for everything you do.

They are always so great with my animals. This one was more of an emotional but we got through it with proper instructions for our aftercare. I will always come back.

They were so great explaining and helping Tigger and me. I explained I had a head injury and they wrote everything down. It was wonderful. Thank you.

My dog Miika had dental surgery today as well as additional grooming services I requested. Admin staff was thorough with me and the tech called me to ask additional questions about grooming. The vet called to confirm something in regards with the surgery he was doing. All staff were great. This has been my experience each time I have had to visit the clinic, even when I had to call emergency after hours.

I preferred being able to stay with my dogs during the exam. I feel disconnected and that I don’t know anything about their health with not seeing the vet at all and the exam etc being done without me. There is a lack of relationship and feeling of trust with the veterinary staff being that we no longer have any interaction.

We enjoy and prefer being with our wonderful vet in the room with our pets. We prefer not to be separated from our pets for their exams and want the vet to do the exam in our presence, so we can be more informed and involved with our pet s health care. Thank you so much for being so understanding and accommodating! We also love the vet certificates after each visit for each pet!

Barrnorth has always been helpful. Explained well any questions I had. Prices have been very fair. Just since Covid I would like to come in when they do routine vaccines and such as I still like being with my animals. If you could implement this again I would appreciate it.

Excellent care and service every time.

I am a bit diasappointed to not be able to go in with my pet,while the vet is doing their exam. Vet care is expensive,so I get the most of each visit. When I came in for the check up, I realized that there were a few questions I had with each dog that I would have like to get more info on. Especially after the vet findings. Otherwise the staff was great thank you

Your staff was very was absolutely amazing and supportive during the whole euthanasia process. It made such a hard time just a bit easier. We are truly grateful for everything your staff did and how quickly we where able to get in an not allow our poor girl suffer anymore

I would have liked to have went in with my puppy. I could hear her whining from the waiting room. I’ve never not gone in with a pet before and not spoken with the Vet during an exam to hear what they think. Friendly staff and clean waiting area.

I really appreciated the help they gave me sending my dead birds off for necropsies. They were very kind.
