I don’t like that I’m not able to go and stay with my dogs while they are getting treated. I understand that this way is more efficient for your clinic but it makes the whole procedure look like mass production and I’m thinking about switching to a different vet for my dogs.

The staff knew I was upset that Cuddles was hurting and not feeling well. They were all very patient with both of us and knew she was not just a pet. Cuddles is our four legged fur baby and we would do anything for her. Not to mention they showed love toward Cuddles which means a world to my husband and me.

The people at the vets are always kind and pleasant. I have an old dog and when I pick her up she is always calm never stressed yes she is happy to be going home but she is not stressed about going to see the vet. Keep up the excellent work and thank you for caring

We love this office and Dr J. Schonknecht is fantastic. However, we don t like that we can t be in the room during the check up. We understood the reasoning during Covid, but don t know why we can t go in now. Being in the room is less stressful on the dog as well as we can ask questions and feel included in our pets care. This system makes the experience less personable and makes us feel less included in our pets care.
