Was disappointed the forms filled out on-line were not found and had to fill them out again. Information we had requested in regards to hearguard and flea/tick medication was not written down so we could price shop as the vet had suggested.

I came to adopt a kitten who was not only cared for by these top vets and staff but loved within an inch of his fuzzy little butt! I appreciate the way North Valley also works hard to make sure that this little guy has a good and loving home with me.

Dr. Kate was very good. The entire staff was supportive, professional, and friendly. We always have a good experience there and Cashew was excited to go for her exam and tolerated her injections well. She even got some face time with other dogs in the waiting area.

This was my first visit to the Pet Hospital and they treated me like family. Very sweet to my dog. They are all very caring. The Dr. was excellent, very informative in layperson s terms. The use of modern technology with files, sharing xray s etc is great.
