Everyone was wonderful! I was not ace aware about the cost however that was my bad for not asking. I was just concerned for my pet and failed to do so. Very happy to have found this facility!

I am very happy with my visit to your clinic. The staff is friendly, polite and professional, and the office clean. Dr. Dean answered all of my questions and recommended a course of treatment that was acceptable.

Available appointment was 2 weeks + out; too far for my sick pet.

My cat (Haliee) who I have decided to call Haven had to be hospitalized because of kidney failure. They took excellent care of him, let me visit whenever I wanted and called me twice a day with an update of his condition! Doctor Dean and his staff are the kindest most loving professionals I have ever had my pets with. I would recommend them and all their services without a moments hesitation.

I needed an earlier appt to see the doctor as dog had reaction to new treatment. Could not get an appointment. Had to delf treat and get a tech shot. Felt that statement that if I brought dog in with appt it would be $125.00 emergency charge IF she got seen. Very frustrated!

Wait time to long appointment was at 8:20 but didn’t get in til 8:45 and waited some more.

Everyone was very kind, and a few days after my baby was seen I received a call to check on her and I thought that was so thoughtful and helped me to decide to make north valley my permanent vet for my babies. Thank you :)

We were grateful for seeing krissy on short notice.

I love these vets they are helpful and take very good care of my cats, help me with meds for them also. Couldn t ask for any better people for my animals thanks again and again

Everytime my pets have been taken in for whatever reason,at other vets, I would always receive a follow up call to see how they were doing. Snickers spent 2 nights and 3 days in the hospital. They were good about calling twice daily but when she went home, they never followed up to see how she was progressing? I was surprised
