The staff was great. I was allowed to wait in a part of the lobby check out area away from a large, loud barking dog. Although I was later advised he was very friendly, it did not seem so when he lunged at us and his owner struggled a bit to restrain him.

I feel that offices that serve the public should not be closed over the lunch hour. Especially not 1p-2p. The door was locked when I arrived for my 2pm appointment?!. I like your vet clinic. But, having worked my entire career in the medical field, I feel it is rude to close the office an hour everyday. Just my opinion. Having someone to answer phones, see clients, etc, seems more respectful to me. Thank you for taking care of Mia.

It took me 4 days to get in with an emergency appointment and then when I got there they took in patients who were same day emergencies without an appointment. When I tried to schedule originally I was given one time to chose from each day. Being a doctor myself I can not do morning appointments. My only complaint is that the scheduling needs to be more readily available for those of us who cant take off work to bring in a pet.
