This was actually our 2nd time coming to North Valley. We brought our little Yorkie Samantha in the Saturday before Thanksgiving as our regular vet was closed. It was heartbreaking but we had to put her down. The staff there was so caring and patient with us. We received a beautiful framed certificate with her paw prints and a lock of her hair when we went to get her cremains. It was so unexpected and thoughtful. A few days later we received a sympathy card from the office and everyone wrote a comment - Not just signed their name. That was the day we realized we had a new Vet....We brought our 17 year old Yorkie Frodo in yesterday because he might be having some doggie dementia and he is also mourning the loss of his little sister. Dr Katie spent a lot of time with us and Frodo discussing all the options. We will recheck in 4 weeks. I am so thankful we have found this new Vet that really cares about our pet s and us. PS Forgot to mention - He is blind and Samantha was like a guide dog to him........

It was an hour wait in the exam room which made my dog very nervous. But they were busy so that was the only issue.

I was very happy that I was able to make an appointment and have my dog seen that same day. The staff have always been kind and the doctors are thorough and communicate well.

Barbara my pre-op nurse was Wonderful! She explained everything from start to finish. Kind and gentle.

The staff is very understanding and caring. It is very nice to actually have someone answer the phone during the day. All my questions are always answered if not in the office, I get a return call from one of the Vets. I ve been to other Vets but, I prefer North Valley for numerous reasons.

At the time of check out,I didn t recieve copy of Honey s visit and her explaination was the Dr. hadn t finished it and would e-mail it to me alsoquizzed her in regards to the office vist since it was a follow-up,but I did have them check his ears as to his tongue I discovered that the syringe has a tip on the end that I did not notice so his getting the medication would explain why it sprayed when I thought it was a faulty out.I guess his ears will clear up and time will tell.

Everyone I. The office treated me and my dog like we were the only patients in the office. We got expert care and advice. Price was reasonable too.

I am completely satisfied and happy with the treatment given to my 2 Gordons. However, of the several times they have had to be seen, I make an appointment and have invariably what I consider an extreme wait time. I fully understand that emergencies are such, but I do feel scheduling may be a bit better. Also, being a widow on a set income, my previous Vet of many years would accept payments, if the service was needed between pay days, which was quite convenient. These are only my suggestions/comments and should not be taken as any criticism. They are simply my own thoughts. Thank you.

This is by far my favorite vet office I have been to. I called and was able to get in the same day with my mother s sick cat. 100% Best customer service, all the people at the front are so friendly and VERY HELPFUL!!! BOTH DRS ARE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL AND VERY GOOD AT EXPLAINING EVERY OPTION FROM LOWEST COST TO HIGHEST.

Does office do vaccinations without seeing the doctor?

Waiting nearly an hour to be seen at a 9:15 appointment was a little extreme. I will now make appointments at the opening hour or right after your lunch hour.

You, your staff & your hospital are so great I cannot think of any way to improve except maybe a patient portal if you ever had the time to make one. That is only a suggestion because I am terrible at filing the paperwork you give me and call asking for a copy of a test result or certificate that I should already have.

Very organized, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Wish you would carry products from Animal Pharmaceutical for sale. Love the Cucumber Melon spray.
