Everyone was so nice and friendly, professional, caring of our pet, informative, followed up when they said they would, we have a home for our pet forever.

The only problem is that they had two emergency euthanasia. Therefore my husband had to wait like 45 minutes. It was explained what the problem was n they apologized profusely for the delay.

We were very thankful that they squeezed us in. And Dr Kate explained all test findings and answered all of our questions
