Dr. Dean and his staff were very nice to me and they treated my dog Rooty like he was their own dog. Dr. Dean spent plenty of time with us, answering all of my questions. I highly recommend North Valley Pet Hospital for your pet s needs.

I did not care for the Vet that was covering, she didn’t seem to care. I’ve been a provider for years and know the difference between infected and not infected. Taking an antibiotic for ann infection until the procedure can be done is not just putting a bandaid on a problem.

Dr. Dean and the staff are always so patient and kind. They listen and answer questions thoroughly. Dr. Dean is so gentle with my dog and always allows me to voice my concerns. I never feel rushed and always leave feeling good about how the appointment went.

We came into this office at 8am the day after Memorial Day with our dog who had been bitten in the face by another dog. The office staff informed us that they worked by appointment only but had just had a cancellation and could fit us in immediately. Everyone was so pleasant, calm, friendly and professional. It was just a great experience all around. In the end our dog needed to be sedated, have the bite cleaned up, and have an antibiotic and pain injection. The bill was reasonable for all that and we were back on our way a few hours after arriving. Annie recovered completely within a few days and we were so grateful that she got timely professional attention when she needed it. Thanks to all the staff at this clinic.
