Even tho I hadn’t been there since November of 2023 when my dachshund had a stroke and needed help to cross the rainbow bridge, yesterday, y’all were so welcoming and professional. I explained that I couldn’t afford to bring Molly there for her shits but y’all were still her vet, y’all said “no worries” and took great care of Molly. I thank you ALL for that. Molly clearly has an injury that needs attention and y’all were there 100% for her and me. I spoke to Debbie today, Friday, about a medication concern and she assured me that it will be taken care of and if needed ANYTHING, I should call her as she’d be there all weekend. Thank you Dr. Dean and your entire staff for making me feel as tho Molly is your main concern. I’m quite happy with North Valley Veterinarian Hospital. Thank you all.

Ash has always been treated very well at north valley pet. Even if I can’t control my big boy they greet him and calm him down very fast , never a long waiting time to see the dr. And he is amazing with ash. We also have to board ash occasionally and he always comes out tail wagging and in good spirits, they are all great people there would highly recommend them to anyone

I would like to thank the staff for getting Stella Rose in when a cancelation came across. All the staff people including techs, assistants and Dr. Dean are very pleasant. Thank you Dr. Dean for explaining everything in detail. North Valley Veterinarian has been wonderful to us.

The entire staff always makes me feel like more then just a customer. They make me and my fur baby feel like family.
