All staff and Dr are abosoluty the best . The care is outstanding.

They were great. Loved the email from the vet after the visit summarizing the visit also.

Overall the office has change. I still feel that overall job well done. I was still worried about the cost. Having a pet is having a companion.I have faith in Dr Dean.

Follow the sign in sheet. Don’t have me sign in as I was the only one in the lobby then proceed to take people that came in after me were taken ahead me without signing the sheet. I was on time for my appointment.

Dr. Dean is the kindest and most caring veterinarian I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I wish doctors in the human medical profession would be more like him.

I am always so impressed by the friendliness and professionalism by all staff members. Everyone truly seems to care about the welfare of my pets. Dr. Dean does so well with my dog who can have reactivity with men. He also makes sure to explain thoroughly any information as do the techs. I appreciate how well they listen to my questions and concerns and don t rush me. I love the email summary of my visit sent by Dr. Dean and consider it especially helpful.

The staff was wonderful. I’ve never boarded my dog Bella or any of my dogs until now. It was a great experience as they kept me informed on how Bella was doing and sent me a picture of her and updated me everyday. If I ever need to board Bella again she will go back to them. Very clean facility and like I said the girls were great.??

I’ve taken my dogs to Dr. Dean since I moved to AZ 10 years ago. He is always gentle, thoughtful, friendly and just the BEST through good and bad as we all experience with our beloved pets! Office gals and techs are great too! So thankful for all of you at North Valley ??

The cost $30 seems to be outlandish!
