Dr Constantine is amazing! Dallas is a nervous mess every time we come and she always makes him feel more comfortable.

I really appreciate loving touch and how they have made time for my pets in situations where they needed to get in quickly. They have always kept me updated and the cost is reasonable. Highly recommend

The drop off situation that morning was very stressful and inefficient. The phone wasn t picking up, then I was placed on hold multiple times and forgotten,I had to call back several times all for a drop off. And then after i finally got through, I was left waiting in the parking lot for 30min while other dogs that arrived after us were picked up for their appointment. I had to call back again to ask what was going on and was told sorry ... Pick up and call with the vet was as usual, efficient and informative. No idea what happened that morning but I surely hope it doesn t repeat as I really like your practice.

Waiting in car when it is 90 degrees,.not much fun. Visit seems sterile and impersonal, without one on one with vet.

I m pleased with the service I receive. I would like to go in with Cookie but Chris or the others make me feel they know Cookie and I feel more comfortable with her going in without me. I appreciate the follow up calls.

Dr Constantine was fantastic. Appreciated her approach. Would have wanted to know what to expect. Paid, tech left room and left me by myself and I didn’t know if to leave or stay after receiving my pet. I left and unlocked door to get out. Didn’t have my records, not sure when to bring stool sample back, had to return for my records and then given someone else’s. Just make sure to clearly explain expectations and next steps. Getting another person’s records was just oversight and no big deal.

I’m so glad I called. My cat was not a patient there , but I called and they brought me in that day and I finally , after a year , got a diagnosis for my cat. The vet called me personally and talked to me about all my options. Also they called the next day to make sure she was ok. I would definitely continue to see this practice and recommend them as well

I always get great service for my dog Sadie when she comes to see Dr. Small-Deliman. She and her staff give Sadie and me the best service they can. They are great and Sadie just loves everyone to death at the clinic. They meet all of Sadie s needs and concerns and we both love Dr. Smalls-Deliman a great deal. Keep up the great work and service.

Good morning, We switched to you guys a little over 2 years ago, and I completely understand not letting people in due to covid. However I am pretty sure we all have our vaccines and I would like to meet the Drs. that are looking after our two dogs Max and Lily. Will there be any change in your drop off policy?
