The services here we exceptional. No one referred me, found this vet online. I believe this was intended to be the vet for my dog. All the other sites would show an error message when I tried to schedule. When I called Loving Touch, the woman who answered was patient with me, even listened to my story of my connection with my dog. All of my concerns were addressed at the appointment. The dog handlers, reception and vet all provided a loving touch. The next the vet even called to check in on my doggie daughter! Oh yea, did I mention my dog loved them too!

Always best care on part of Dr Constantine and techs who come to our car. When I call regarding concerns about Morky or Misty desk girls ask pertinent questions and relay it to the vet. I would like to explain the reason for the one star in the question about friendly and helpful. Those ratings were In reference to a phone call when trying to set up an appointment prior to visit. I addressed the treatment I received and the total rudeness of the employee and feel very confident that the matter was taken care of. Did I not trust that this was resolved I would be switching doctors but my trust and love for Dr. Constantine who literally saved my dogs life and who promised me the matter would be addressed and resolved so that myself or no one else would be treated that way again. So with that being said I love Loving Touch and will remain a loyal customer of their hospital.

Everyone was great, very helpful. However, when I was given the antibiotic for Mugsy, I was given a spoon instead of a syringe, I called and spoke with Lindsey, she was very helpful, I drove back over the next day to pickup the syringe.

Everyone treated us great. They answered all questions my husband and I had. We had to be seen in between the surgery and post op & they got us right in at no charge to make sure our dog didn’t have a post op issue. They have never failed to make me feel like they love our dog. Highly recommend
