The staff has always been amazing

This was a fantastic appointment. Dr. Bernadette gave Katia a thorough examination and we talked about Katia’s behavior at home. The examination took less than 20 minutes.

I have been taking my pets there for years and all the doctors and office staff that work there, have been wonderful. With a smile from the ladies at the front once I walk in, to the doctor who offers their best attention. I would not change a thing. Thank you.

Amy is the best with Rosie and her nail cuttings. I drive from Delco, Pa just to come to you guys still. Worth every minute.

Dr. T was backed up 1hour past my appointment time. I know there was an emergency with a cat. Otherwise I am totally confident in the treatment for my cat

Office wasn t too busy, staff was helpful and friendly and billing for proceedure was fair.

I thought the vet that I saw was professional and polite and answered my questions and when the lab results came back she called and explained everything to me ,and you can’t get any better than that

This is one of several recent visits where the wait time was over one hour after our appointment time. This is understandable as it was a 4pm appt and we do understand things can get backed up If it is known, a courtesy call letting us know to come in later would be appreciated. Pets are already anxious enough at the vet and having them wait longer than necessary is not good. Everything else about our visit great but long the wait times are becoming the norm not the exception.

All three of my babies are seen at Gray Fox Hospital and I have always been satisfied. My babies are always treated like they belong to them. I am thankful for this group, they always make you feel like family.

Ive been coming here since we moved to Woodbury and all of the staff has been excellent! Ive never had a bad experience and I know our pets are taken well care of! Thank you!!!

Everyone from the office staff to the Drs were fantastic and so nice during the process of my dog’s eye operation. Dr Lee was also great and took his time explaining everything to us. You can tell everyone here loves animals and what they do! Definitely something we appreciate.

I can’t say enough about how kind, caring and compassionate Dr. Lee and Dr. Bernadette along with their staff are! Both to the pets and pet parents as well. I’ve been a client for years and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else!
