The staff is amazing. I wish there was some understanding with billing and options. Nothing is explained.

The entire staff is always helpful and accommodating with any request and Dr Lee Spector is spectacular gave me all the time and answered all the questions that I had. I never felt rushed and I knew that my dogs best interest were always foremost with the entire practice.

I think under current circumstances i am considered handicapped. I now walk with a cane. The staff at Gray Fox was most helpful, including getting my dog back to the car. Thank you, Blaine Dawson

Service is always wonderful! Your doctors and staff are all so knowledgeable, informative, patient and caring. We leave knowing what is wrong, what we need to do and our dog received lots of love while he was there. It’s a relief to know our dogs have received quality care!!

Overall, my experience was great. I was able to get an appointment on the same day I called. While I did have to wait, I didn’t mind because I remember the time I had to say goodbye to my dog, and my previous appointment allowed me the time and space I needed for that. I had considered switching to a vet with an emergency service, but the care and the staff, especially the doctors, have convinced me to stay where I am.

I have been taking my pets here for years, and the staff is always incredibly helpful and friendly. They are upfront about costs, which are usually quite affordable, and will do their best to help your pet within your means.

Our very first emergency visit. I wish I had more of a warm welcome by the front desk staff, considering I was traumatized by having two dogs attack mine. Dr Lee is so kind, reassuring and simply amazing with our pup. Thank you for you caring.
