Love this plACE--have come to this place ever since it opened. the vets are wonderful and so is the entire staff.

Everyone there is pleasant and kind. Would definitely recommend them

I didn t mind the waiting because I know they are usually on time and Dr. Lee is so good with my girl. The customer next to me just needed a muzzle/gag for all of her complaining.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I do think the front desk could use some extra help. With doing check ins and outs plus answering phones etc. very busy out front. My Bella just loves all of you. ??

Dr. Lee and the front desk staff were all very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I know you are short staffed but wait time was a bit longer than expected.

I ve been going to Gray Fox for 24 years, and they ve always been great! I always see Dr. Lee Spector, and not only does he make my dog, Mya, feel comfortable, but he s always got an interesting story for us humans too! Gray Fox gets an A+ from us!

Love this place, thank you for doing what you do. I would suggest you streamline the check process, the waiting room can get lots of traffic and it can be slow to check out.

Dr Bernadette And Lee Are warm and extremely caring about the animals They see. Dr. Bernadette spent a Good deal of quality time with my dog and treated him like he was important to her.

When I have to wait, I know it is because there is an animal in need and, if it was my pet, they would be spending just as much time with me helping my pet. They really care.

Although I was 10 minutes early for my appointment, I was not called back until 45 minutes after my appointment time. This is really an unacceptably long wait; I was very close to walking out. I expect my time to be valued as I value and appreciate yours.
