Dr Baris is wonderful!

When I have to wait, I know it is because there is an animal in need and, if it was my pet, they would be spending just as much time with me helping my pet. They really care.

Although I was 10 minutes early for my appointment, I was not called back until 45 minutes after my appointment time. This is really an unacceptably long wait; I was very close to walking out. I expect my time to be valued as I value and appreciate yours.

Dr.Beras is great! I was originally seeing Dr.Taylor but Jenna takes her place beautifully and does a wonderful job. I really like her! She is very through too! Thank you Dr.Beras, you rock! Dr Beras is very caring and thoughtful not just about the pets but about the parents as well. That is something I have never experienced in all my years owning a pet, and is wonderful!
