May want to put a waste bucket with bags in the area by the parking lot. That way owners don t have to walk all the way to the dumpster to dump their pups waste. The stones in the parking area out back may be hard for people and animals to walk on. Stones cut the feet of my dog, Bailey were I live that s why I brought her there. Thanks for helping her heal. She s much better.

Our dog actually enjoys going to the vet! Everyone took great care of him during our visit. Dr. Lee was very good with him and gave us great information during his check up.

The ladies working the front desk were fantastic! I was not thrilled how Dr. Tamburello spoke to me. She made me feel as if my dogs allergies, which led to any ear infection, was my fault. She did not let me get a word in. I had called five days prior to the appointment to attempt to schedule an appointment, was told I’d get a phone call back, and never got one. I called on a Friday morning. I called again on Monday and finally got an appointment on Wednesday. Maybe if she had known five days had been added onto me trying to get an appointment, she would not have shamed me for my dogs developed ear infection. She was not personable, she was not understanding (never gave me the chance to attempt to make her understand) and she was incredibly rude. I left there feeling incredibly aggravated and upset that she had the audacity to create a false perception of my dogs current situation.
