Only issue is I was told I would receive a call next day regarding blood work results and I am still waiting.

I was disappointed that I had to call for instructions instead of a staff member calling prior to my dog having an ultrasound

I feel like Dr. Bucche really cares about our dog Sammi. She’s so kind during exams and spends time answering our sometimes extensive questions very thoroughly and without making me feel rushed. She’s the reason we will stay with your practice. Even if another was more convenient or more reasonably priced I would be reluctant to switch because of Dr. Bucche. I think most importantly we trust her. She’s awesome and Sammi loves her too. We’ve had excellent experiences with all of the techs also. Very kind, gentle and supportive. We appreciate it.

Dr. Bucchi is lovely. She will take all the time needed to explain treatment plans. She answered all of my questions, even though it probably set her back with her other appointments.

Dr. Buche is one of the best vets we’ve seen. You never feel rushed when talking with her and she took extra time to explain options and opinions for our dog. I really appreciated her demeanor and knowledge and she truly cares about your pet as if her own. Thank you!

One thing I was not happy is that I end up paying double. I was asked if they where doing anything extra I said I wanted to be notified that wasn t the case.i was not expecting to pay that amount of $$$$

I just have to wonder why I always have to wait, always. 1/2 hr. 45 minutes or longer. I’m in an empty waiting room. No explanation, if I am made to wait, give me a reason. I play by the rules, so should you. If I showed up late repeatedly how would that sit with you?

Dr. Buche and Jana treated Sister while she was there for daycare. We are 100% pleased with the great care and follow up of all the doctors and staff at Raynham Vet! They all care so much for the animals!

I’m very happy here but I was very unhappy with not being seen until 11:00 when my appointment was at 10:20. I was the only one in the waiting room for 25 minutes.
