Every time I come in for an appointment I wait 20-25 minutes. My last visit I was the only person there. I realize things go on behind the scenes but an explanation for the wait, every time, would go a long way.

Dr. Buche was AMAZING. She made me feel very comfortable, and she took ample amount of time to answer my questions regarding testing lumps on my pup. I moved to the area a little over a year ago, and it’s safe to say I found “my” vet! Looking forward to continuing my Mavericks health care needs with her. Thank you so much!

The front desk staff, Dr King, and everyone else that I dealt with on Friday were amazing! I came in to the office in a panic because I did not know what was wrong with my pup, the front desk got me schedule to be seen just two hours after I came in. They listened to my concern and got me scheduled. When I arrived for my appointment we were brought into a room shortly after arriving. Vitals taken and shortly after seen by Dr. King. Dr. King is my normal vet and she was really amazing, something was clearly up with my pup and she took the time to get down to his level and make him feel comfortable so she could get a look at him without stressing him out. Once initial exam was done and he was comfortable we put him on the table where she completed a full exam and not a single inch went untouched. Dr King put us at ease and talked with us about what might be going on. She had blood draw and called us on Saturday to check in and see how our pup was feeling and to let us know the results.

All the staff are always pleasant and helpful. Dr. Buche has been wonderful with my cat, Maggie. She spends as much time as I need explaining the findings and course of treatment for Maggie.
