The pre-medication chill protocol was not explained well at all. It was not stated the animal should not eat breakfast so that further sedation could have taken place, and it was not clear that acepromazine could not be swallowed in a treat and had to be in the cheek (of which my dog would not tolerate). Also, the history of my dog was not considered in not doing well on the metal scale and was tried to be treated on this before the floor and subsequently the waiting room. These errors should have all been avoided with better communication.

I waited nearly an hour for the vet. My dog is over 13 and it is very uncomfortable for her to sit in the vehicle for that long. My time is valuable too, and my dogs comfort is my priority.

Hard to judge billing and what was done. Wasnt given paperwork other than a bill. Wish I recieved a summary in writing of appointment.

Would not go to any other place. The staff is awesome and so knowledgeable.

Dr King was very thorough with her explanations of treatment of our 3 dogs. We will ask for her the next visit for sure.

I have had a terrible experience here and I will no longer be bringing my dog here. On numerous occasions I have experienced clerical errors with the staff of this office and on two occasions have spoken to one particular woman on at the front desk who is by far the rudest person I have ever spoken to. The written instructions for my dogs medication were given to me incorrectly and there was a 5x difference in medication. Upon contacting your office the morning of his appointment, the same woman picked up the phone and treated me like a child. She said, and I quote, this is a pharmacist issue and you re making it my issue. I was then called by a vet tech to apologize because there WAS a mistake and it WAS your office s fault. This was my last appointment. Your doctors are fine but your admin staff is unacceptable. I will be reviewing your office elsewhere because the treatment I have received (MOST specifically from this particular woman) is atrocious.

Calls I made from parking lot were dropped about a dozen times. Other than that, all went well!

Last question: Due to the current situation, I did not go into the building. I know from past experience it has definitely been clean to my satisfaction!

Dr King was, as always, kind and thorough in her explanation of Daisy’s declining health. She has been with me every step of the way through this extremely difficult time. Dr King’s support and understanding is greatly appreciated during this time as we approach the undeniable end of Daisy’s life. She always tells me that she is a great dog. I know that she will be missed by our friends at Raynham Veterinary Hospital. Thank you all for your support and understanding.

I really didn’t feel all that listened to when speaking to the vet about my dog’s weight issues. I felt like I was saying things and she just didn’t listen to them at all literally. She was obviously preoccupied with something else.

I am still waiting for a surgery estimate 3 days later. I was told I’d receive one that night. Also, I was charged for bloodwork that I don’t believe was performed. My cat is not shaved anywhere at all.

You re all wonderful - I ve entrusted my family to your care for as long as I can remember. You re the only ones Josh and I trust with our pets.

The staff are great ! Dr Reimshnider i( pardon the spelling) the best !

I had to wait for a half hour for my pet to be taken in for a 5 minute trimming of his nails!
