Can s seem to get the survey stars to get to react. The one that I did get to change changed itself from 4 stars to 5 when I moved on to the next question. Then it too disappeared. In short, however, all would be 5 stars. Also - maybe its just me, but this sort of thing is annoying. Marketing via e-mails such is this is not really a good customer contact method: just fills up the inbox.

It’s a bit difficult to read the parking spot numbers the staff hold up to the window to let you know it is your turn when parked in a numbered spot by the street. Spots closer to the building are not an issue. But besides that everything is top notch as always at RVH! Thanks for everything you do to take such excellent care of our furry family members during this difficult time. Even with limitations for everyone’s safety you guys continue go above and beyond.

Dr Bucchi is always outstanding

We re not happy that we can t be present with our pets during exams. We have to pay extra for meds needed for Chill protocol with no discount off exam price due to COVID procedures in place. Special cases should be allowed w our pets to be present during exams. I understand protecting employees is a priority, but so should protecting our pets from unnecessary stress. The wait time was long as well as several clients arrived after and left before us for exams.

Due to COVID could not enter bldg. But always was clean prior. Entire staff is wonderful. Have never encountered anyone who wasn’t kind and caring. I recommend them to all my friends.

As we are following covid 19 policy I assume the office facilities are clean as always. As a customer/pet parent for 15+ years I have always received excellent service and care for our pets.
