My appointment was at 3:30 pm. At 4:10 no one had been in to say anything to me. I went back to the front desk to ask as my dog was getting agitated and we had plans for the evening. She said she would check. After another 5-10 minutes a tech came in and said they had had an emergency. I understand emergencies as I manage an optometry practice and we deal with situations daily. We always communicate to our patients. What I do not understand is no communication or apology from your office. It should have been explained to me and I should have been given the opportunity to reschedule before spending all of that time sitting in the room.

They didn t judge me when I explained that I was the one who injured my pet. They had Wrigley as a priority. They were kind to both of us.

I can t express my gratitude to Noah s enough. You were there when we said to goodbye to one of our dogs... which was traumatic and rough as is (and you guys were incredibly compassionate). To add to that, this appointment I had my son with me who was with us when we had to say goodbye to our dog. He remembered that and hadn t really processed until being back at Noah s. Needless to say, an emotional and deep conversation took place while we were waiting and the vet tech/vet were so compassionate as they entered to see tearful faces. Then Noah s offered to always make sure we were in a different room (it wasn t the same room - but rather the place). It was very touching and just the HEIGHT of good service. Thank you very much!
