The staff and resident doctor exceed my highest expectations when it’s comes to a cat moms’ experience. I am always delighted to go return. The process is seamless and the staff is kind and genuine. I always leave feeling more knowledgeable and better equipped to take care of my fur-baby.

This was my first time for a wellness visit for an adopted cat. The staff gave me lots of tome to explain my concerns and options. The facility seemed to be just fine from what I could tell. At this point I have no concerns or suggestions.

I appreciated the explanations and suggestions for my dog s care. The staff greets my dog by name, which makes the dog mom feel she is known, since Noah s Brandywine is the only place I use for boarding and care.

Originally I wasn’t going to be able to get in for an appointment for over 2 1/2 weeks, and it was going to have to be a drop off appointment and I wouldn’t be there. However, due to cancellations and the staff’s prompt attention to the cancellation list I was able to get in within a few days of my original call. Waited for almost 45 minutes to see the doctor. However, the tech was kind enough to do everything she could before the doctor did the wellness exam. This shortened the overall time we’d have to spend there. This worked out ok, and the doctor was apologetic about the wait and spent ample time with my pet. (She had an ill pet visit to attend to prior to our appointment, which I understand.)

Appreciated being able to see Dr. Crowe live and in person! I had a drop off appt scheduled for 1/23 but thanks to a cancellation was able to move the appt up and see Dr. Crowe, the best of the best. Great staff as always.
