My appointment was at 3:30 pm. At 4:10 no one had been in to say anything to me. I went back to the front desk to ask as my dog was getting agitated and we had plans for the evening. She said she would check. After another 5-10 minutes a tech came in and said they had had an emergency. I understand emergencies as I manage an optometry practice and we deal with situations daily. We always communicate to our patients. What I do not understand is no communication or apology from your office. It should have been explained to me and I should have been given the opportunity to reschedule before spending all of that time sitting in the room.

They didn t judge me when I explained that I was the one who injured my pet. They had Wrigley as a priority. They were kind to both of us.
