We were made to feel like we were bad people for not doing everything the vet was wanting us to do. Our dog is 15 years old and at the end of his life. We didn’t want to pit him through that a d didn’t have that kind of money. We can do without that pressure and sells pitch

They fitted me in the next business day and very friendly and helpful staff. Dr called me after he seen my cat and gave me a detailed account of the exam. Very Pleased??

Mary, front desk was most helpful in our initial phone conversation. We were in an emergency situation and had already been to Noah’s Emergency Hospital at 56th and Emerson. She arranged for us to come in and be seen in a timely way even though they were extremely busy.

The vet Dr Dawn was trying to sell me medication my dog didn t need that day even after I advised if such for car sickness & I had already advised we wouldn t ve traveling again until next May & we were on a tight budget.

Dr. Dawn was very cold, and not interested in my dog at all. She seemed very timid and fearful as soon as she opened the exam room door. She then did very little to conduct her exam of my dog before simply saying she cannot do it today. She also claimed my dog “snarled” at her, which I was sitting right next to her and it didn’t happen. All around Dr. Dawn provided a lack luster impression and I will not be seeing her again! My dog has anxiety but it did not help having what seemed an in experienced vet treating a German Shepherd. Dr. Ullrey had much less issues with my dog before and isn’t afraid of her.

I would like if the vaccinations and blood draw were done in front of me. I would have made that happen if I knew they were taking my dog out of the room for that but the assistant said they were taking her to get urine. I have never had any vet do that I saw no evidence of her blood being drawn.

I honestly don’t know what I would have done if Page hadn’t been so amazing and gotten us in the same day for our sick kitties. She was so kind and I appreciate her so much. Dr Ullrey saw our first kitty and Dawn saw our second kitty. They were both very knowledgeable and so caring. Both nurses who helped us were so caring and sweet as well! We are new clients here and after so many recent vet issues, we have finally found a place where we feel comfortable. Thank you all so much!

other vets have calming plug ins for the cat...my cat did have some stress compared to other vets

Always have a good experience at Noah s Brandywine. They got my severely injured cat in when my regular vet said 2 weeks! I changed vet clinics. :-)
