It s a good thing the staff is so kind because I don’t feel like the vet has anything good to say about Tov. He was drugged and yet muzzled?just one kind comment would be appropriate. My dogs have always been cared for by the staff, that is why I board them there.

This was the best vet visit I have ever had. I did not feel rushed at all. Everyone who interacted with me was willing to answer any questions I had in a patient manner. I will be recommending this practice to other pet owners.

Initially it was over a month out to be able to schedule the wellness visit - but i was put on a waiting list for cancellations and because there was a cancellation i was able to get in after only a week. But having to wait a month for a visit is too long.

I appreciate the individualized care given by all staff when I bring Eddie in. This time was wellness and shot time. I particularly appreciated the call from Dr Ullery filling me in on specifics of the bloodwork. We certainly recommend Noah’s to folks for excellent care. Thanks.

I was checked in and brought to the room very quickly. Unfortunately me and my cat waited in the room for 35 minutes before anyone came in. I understand you get busy and may fall behind. But no even acknowledged us for the 35 minutes. Someone could have stopped in and let me know that they were running behind schedule or something. Was a little disappointed in that. But overall you did take care of my pet and answer my questions

Waited a long time to be seen in the room. The place is old and looks dirty. The bill is expensive and the assistant doesn’t explain the shots and what is optional. The dr did a good job of explaining the additional services and the cost.

Your prices are outrageous and downright criminal. Also, why wouldn t your staff start with the least expensive and work their way up? I suspected my dog was diabetic. She also had a swollen leg. They pushed $400 bloodwork like they would get a bonus if they got me to agree with it. I had to ask for just an ear prick glucose test, which I was told numerous times would not be definitive diagnosis, but it was for the previous 3 diabetic dogs I owned and kept alive for YEARS; my old/retired vet always started with the least expensive and worked our way up if the first thing didn t work. When I asked for an antibiotic for her leg I was told again that bloodwork would be necessary to find out exactly what s wrong with her leg. She s 12 years old - lets just see if an antibiotic will work and go from there. I was quoted almost $800 at the beginning of the visit just to have one perfectly healthy dog get shots and an older dog get a diagnosis of diabetes and have her leg looked at. Needless to say, my healthy dog was not seen at all. And after having her ear pricked and getting a result of 450 as her blood sugar level, I was still told that wasn t definitive because $400 bloodwork was not completed. I was then told, with sort of a snarky tone, that there s no way they can prescribe me any insulin because I didn t do $400 bloodwork. To which I responded, I don t need a prescription in Indiana for Insulin - or needles - I can just go to Walmart and buy them. I feel sorry for someone who has never dealt with a diabetic dog who goes to see your establishment - their bank account would be drained. Needless to say we will not be back there. Also, the antibiotic worked and my dog s leg is back to normal. The insulin is also working because she is sleeping all night again, drinking less water, and acting herself again. It would be nice to have just a little bit of old school thought and start with the path of least resistance and less money for a person than to bring in an almost $800 quote and bleed people of money that doesn t need to be spent. I guess old school vets are a thing of the past, which is really sad.

I was extremely pleased with the care and attention my senior cat recieved. It is obvious that the staff at Noah s love animals! Their knowledge combined with their kindness helped ease a stressful situation. Thank you!
