There were only two people at the front desk when I was ready to check out, one on the phone and the other helping a customer, explaining the procedure of the drive through or whatever it is called. . After that customer left, I walked up to the “free” employee and was asked to wait so she could take a call she’d had on hold. The other employee was still on the phone and said one of us will be with you in a moment. Finally the first employee got off the phone and took my payment. I would suggest having another person at the front desk who is delegated to only answering calls and one of the others to only taking care of customers inside the office and then the third employee toggle back and forth where needed. The way things happened during checking out made me feel unimportant, and kind of a bother.

Everyone we came in contact with was lovely, with the exception of “CSR” Valinda. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by someone meant to represent customer service. We will not be returning.

Everyone who works there are always so nice and friendly to me and my dogs. They talk in words you can understand and take the time to go over pricing on meds and procedures. They are an amazing practice and the new facility is so awesome.

The scale is actually in the direct line from the exam room to the main desk and similar in color. Walking in my dog was put on the scale but I didn’t realize it was right by the door as soon as I exited. That’s an extremely poor choice of location. With my rambunctious dog on the leash and my hands full of paperwork and my purse I didn’t see it. In fact I had no idea what I had tripped over until I sat up. My face and arms hit the scale hard. I really think it should be moved or have something set around it. When I suggested that the woman giggled. I wasn’t joking. I’m 65 and falls can be serious. I hit my artificial knee hard as well and it is very painful right now. Hopefully it isn’t damaged. The technician even said oh everybody trips over the scale, I strongly suggest that something be done about this before someone is seriously injured. I’m not one to seek litigation but someone else could have a solid case against the practice. Falls are a major problem for people as we age. Broken bones are a frequent problem. I appreciated that they helped me up and asked if I was okay but again I can’t be strong enough with the warning that it must be dealt with even if you have to rearrange the entire waiting room or relocate the door of the exam room. I’m not really sure what I will do in the future. I may look for a safer location for me to find care for my dog. Unless I hear that you have changed the set-up from you I will likely look elsewhere. It really wasn’t a laughing matter but perhaps that was just a nervous response from the technician when she laughed.
