Dr Kelly Skinner was one of the most compassionate, through, professional and knowledgeable doctors I have ever met. She explained our cat’s illness and prognosis in much detail. She had her assistant retrieve a kleenex for my sadden wife with an end of life prognosis. Later as my wife was paying the bill, Dr. Skinner came out and gave my wife a hug…Awwwh she is empathetic also!

I was actually only going to go one time at this clinic due to the requirement from Uncle Bills. After my first visit I was really impressed with the staff including the vet who sat in the floor to examine my puppy who was very excited. After that I have continued to take my pet to this clinic because everyone is so nice and very accommodating. The site is clean and my pet is not afraid to go inside.

I was pleasantly surprised when I called about a possible medical concern with my dog, that I was able to get an appt that day! And when we got there, there was minimal waiting. And the entire appt was done quickly, with excellent care taken to check out my dog. Plus, the cost was very reasonable!!! That’s what keeps me a client. Good customer service with low cost! Thank you for providing this service!

We used the Exprrss for boosters and it was a hot day do our 20 monute wait seemed too long for the dogs. Service was fast once they took thevgirls in.

There were only two people at the front desk when I was ready to check out, one on the phone and the other helping a customer, explaining the procedure of the drive through or whatever it is called. . After that customer left, I walked up to the “free” employee and was asked to wait so she could take a call she’d had on hold. The other employee was still on the phone and said one of us will be with you in a moment. Finally the first employee got off the phone and took my payment. I would suggest having another person at the front desk who is delegated to only answering calls and one of the others to only taking care of customers inside the office and then the third employee toggle back and forth where needed. The way things happened during checking out made me feel unimportant, and kind of a bother.
