i was surprised by the wait time, as i had never had to wait that long before. i was told it would be a couple minutes and we ended up waiting over an hour, which is fine but i wish i would’ve been told a more accurate time estimate as i probably would’ve chosen to leave and return a different day. the service was really good once we were seen. my dog is just very anxious and the wait was pretty rough especially considering the weather was rainy so we couldn’t walk around for long. that is not generally the experience i have. it’s been very quick to be seen on our other visits.

The gal at the front desk with all of the facial piercings was not the friendliest but everyone else was amazing!

Both the Dr and lady who worked with us were very friendly , knowledgeable and explained the problem very well. The wait was longer then we liked but that was our choose at the time. Normally I would have made an appointment but because we both have been very sick for the last couple of months I chose just to come in first chance we had to be sure Zena was seen. Thank you all soon much and enjoy the rest of 2024...

I have been coming to All Pet for over 30 years and the staff has always been wonderful. Love the new facility and that you now have more room to continue the excellent care!
