I have been waiting almost 2 months for a pathology report so that I can find out if my dog needs further testing in her liver and her kidneys. Every time I call I am told that the report is not in yet. The last two times I called and left a message and I never had my call returned.

Staff are very friendly and caring. Didn’t rush and really listen to you. They answer all questions. Reasonable on prices for services. Cheaper than a lot of other vets I have been to. They also offer express services which is really great. Couldn’t be happier with them as my pets vet!

We had a good visit overall, but my dog was diagnosed with a heart murmur. I was told I would be sent info on pricing and procedures, but haven t received that information yet. Also erroneous notes were put in my dog s chart regarding his temperament his very first visit. I would like them removed from his chart please. He was never aggressive, nor was he seen with a muzzle. I requested to switch doctors because of the experience with the first provider. I enjoyed working with Dr. J much better.

The front desk staff and vet techs are always very friendly & helpful. Both Marbles & I love Dr. Jiricek. I particularly appreciate how she clearly explains all the possible treatment options & then listens to my input in terms of what I think makes sense for a cat that turned 16 this month. My focus is on giving Marbles a quality life for as long as possible, without putting her through tests or procedures that I would definitely pursue for a young cat but that may be risky for her given her age and her HCM. I appreciate Dr. Jiricek s support in navigating this balancing act.

The staff and vet were wonderful. My pup was super scared and nervous to be there, and they were so patient and good with him, not rushing him through his visit but taking the time to let him get to know them and be more comfortable getting his shots and exams. Absolutely would recommend
