The entire staff was amazing!! I was a little freaked out because we were there for an emergency situation and had never been there before but felt comfortable as soon as we walked in the door.

It was our first visit to Noah. Very attentive to our dog and to us. Let us know what was happening every step of the way including giving us costs before proceeding. Every person involved in Barney’s care was exceptional.

I was exhausted waiting five hours only to be told the tech could look at him. She was very kind, and I wasn t charged at all which was so nice, but all my doggy needed was a quick look, and I feel that could have been done in five minutes. The staff was great. One other suggestion is doggy beds on the floor. Punkin isn t use to just laying on cold floors, and I wish I had taken a pillow with me. Again let me say the people that work there were very kind. It was just organizational problems.

Dr. Stephanie Lewis was beyond compassionate, empathetic, honest and knowledgeable. She took her time to explain to us what little options there were and supported us in our decision and helped to make us feel we were making the right choice in what was a situation that was extremely sad and devastating for us.

Myself and my hurt pup were treated amazing, the Doctor and assistant did everything for me and my dog, to put us at ease. Considering we had gone through a traumatic time before arriving with you. I can’t recommend you enough or thank you enough for your care.

Scheduling an appointment was easy, but had to book far out in advance. The vet tech who saw us was excellent. I think her name was Jess? She was listened to my questions and remembered what to ask the vet when we saw her.
