We’ve struggled with a specific vet tech and we’ve requested not have her in anymore future appointments. Between misinformation, confusion, and breaking 4 out of 7 or 8 diabetic sensors for my dog (which aren’t cheap, about $50 a piece), we’ve seen other vet techs who were able to efficiently place the sensors and had zero issues. This vet tech is nice and all but I’ve been very patient with her. And because of her breaking another sensor, I had to reschedule and waste more gas & time once again to bring the dog back in to apply another sensor. Mind you this has happened about 3 other times with her. We don’t live super close so between buying and replacing sensors she has broken, using gas money to drive to the office, I’m frustrated they’re only offering to replace/pay for one sensor that she’s broken. When there were 3 others that were broken by the same person. Yet I’m still being charged the fee to apply the sensor. I’m not one to seek services for free or complain EVER. But when you’ve got a diabetic dog who’s also nervous and ready to go home, you just want the visits to be efficient and as easy going as possible. That’s really my only complaint. The vet and staff are friendly and great with my dog. I just want more efficiency. We ve been going to Noah s for 5 years and this is my first and only complaint. I appreciate the staff being understanding about my thoughts and feeling on this matter. Thank you

Our wait was understandably lengthy; I appreciated being able to wait in a private room as my pup gets scared of larger dogs. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and I am happy to say my pup is on the mend with her stitches well in place. Dr. Kessler was informative, friendly and efficient. Upon discharge we received several opportunities to ask questions and were provided a good written summary as well. Both Dr. Kesler and our assigned tech fielded our inquiries and took wonderful care of my sweet pea. Thank You!

Everyone is always super sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable whenever I come in for an appointment. I have never had a bad experience coming into the office and have recommended Noah s to several friends with pets. Appreciate everything your office does.

Everyone was very helpful and caring. I do not remember their names though. Dr Clark was the vet that helped us. She was very nice and explained things clearly and answered all my questions.

Without a doubt, the staff at Noah s Westside Animal Hospital literally saved my cat s life, no hyperbole! I will forever praise their dedication, hard work, and caring compassion!

Very friendly staff! Super helpful and very thankful they took time to examine our fur baby dog. We did have to wait 2.5 hours for results and medicine but an emergency came in that was much more of an emergency than ours. Overall good experience and will definitely bring our dog back if we have an emergency.

Y all were so nice and took great care!!! The waiting time sucked but I understand that it was needed. Just maybe telling every patient about the long wait. We were not told the wait time and that was frustrating. Over all thank you for the kind care.

The staff and Dr. was wonderful. The only issue we had was the wait time. I do understand why the wait just like a human ER. Otherwise great experience

Noah s is a WONDERFUL facility. I would take ANY pet there. Everyone is VERY friendly and very helpful. Some things are a bit pricey, but what isn t anymore. I appreciate all that they do there.

We always have great service. The techs and vets are very understanding of a reactive dog and work well with getting everything done without stressing them out. I appreciate how much care is taken with my dog by all staff when we come. I always highly recommend Noah’s.

I understand you are an ER so I completely understand the wait time. 2 Stars for follow up staff I spoke with on the phone the next day we came in. I called to get copies of X-rays and request the Dr. call me so I could go over X-rays and the notes that were sent home. I have many follow up questions. The receptionist was short with me and was pre-occupied as she was distracted and wasn t giving me her full attention. After I finished explaining to her why I was calling she proceeded to tell me there were multiple emergent cases that had come in(which sha already told me). I said so are you going to put a note in my file for the Dr. to call me?? She then asked my name and said she would make a note in file. After that I was placed on hold to see if Dr. was available to speak with. I was on hold for 39 minutes and 7 seconds before I hung up. No one ever got back on phone to address me. The first day we were there I would give staff 4-5 stars they were polite, caring and made sure we understood everything. I still have yet to get any answers. I will be calling again this evening.
