everyone was wonderful , the only thing was that back room was freezing ... i had fo wear my coat the whole time . maybe put a space heater in there ?

Dr. Grabow and staff have given Lily excellent care since she was 10 weeks old. (she is now 10 years 9 months old). They are caring and take time too explain any questions I may have regarding her care.

The WHOLE STAFF was beyond belief, especially Ana, Lily and Dr Dyck! The compassion I could feel was beyond belief as well! Lily walked me through the care credit process and Ana sent me pictures of Rudy. It was like being with family. I could not have asked for anything more! Our Miss Luna was greeted with excitement and joy. She loves going to Noah’s. Dr Steinke and the tech were great. They discussed Luna’s on-going ear problems and gave us meds for it. We have a follow-up appointment coming up. Thank you for your good service.

All the staff members are very polite and friendly. Miss Grizzly is always the center of attention when we are there and she enjoys it. Lisa was very gentle with Grizzly when she gave her the FVRCP Injectable, it was like Grizzly didn t even feel it. Thank you to all the staff at Noah s Westside, they make our visits go smoothly.
