Everyone was kind (especially the technician - we don t remember his name) however we were very frustrated that the vet couldn t give us a conclusive answer about our cat s diagnosis and couldn t give her definitive treatment. She died the next day. VERY VERY upsetting.

Dr Stienke and her vet tech were both fantastic with Rosie. She is very nervous at the vet and they were so patient and understanding, which I appreciated so much. They explained things well and answered my questions.
