It was a long wait, but my emergency wasn t as critical so I didn t mind. Vet was so kind and thorough and she was able to discuss the options with me. The staff was so sweet and all charges were clear from the start.

Although my wait time was long (I was there about 4and half hours all together) the vet did have emergency surgery so it understandable.

I called this morning to find out why Dr. Norman wanted me to take Alfred off of The Farmers dog food. He loves the food and hasn’t gain any weight since the last time he came in!

I actually got in quicker because there was a cancellation. So that great. I loved the cat only room, with its window for them to be busy looking at the birds and squirrels. Kept there anxiety down being at the vet. (however you need a cat picture on the wall not a dog picture in a cat room-LOL) I really like the vet Dr. Steinke???I don t know if I spelled her name correctly. she was knowledgeable and friendly and showed a real interest in my cat. Thank You

Dr. Hedges and her team were very friendly and easy to talk with concerning Callie. They took the time to listen to my concerns about getting Callie spayed and microchips. Even talked about her diet and her food.

Experience at the time, Excellent. Was looking forward to surgery even ask when leaving make sure I get same Doctor my Sister had.. Got home, start to get Missy out, when saw collar had been removed, & she had chocker leash on. I start to pull & she backed up, tighting around her throat. I quickly released after a time had to swat her end to get her out. swat, I was in tears for a spell. Had never did a bad thing to her & it hurt bad.. When recovered, called Noah s & cancelled the surgery..

When you have an appointment, you don’t expect to wait, while others are being taken back before you. The woman at the front desk acted as if my dog’s anxiety from being there wasn’t important, all the while comforting the ones leaving. I have been part of the “Noah’s Family” for nine years and I would think you’d treat my family better. ??
