All above were ok. But disappointed/concerned that the staff is unable to take a simple blood sample without having to sedate my pet. Never in 30 years of cat/dog ownership have I ever had a vet need to do this.

The diagnosis was not clear, it was a guessing game. They wanted me to go to other facility & pay $3500 for a pebble to be removed. I contacted another company and they came in on day that they were closed, ran 2 more X-rays & said no surgery needed. The pebble passed an hour later. That would have been a horrible experience for a 8 week 2 pound pup. Also price was 3x as other place prices.

It’d be nice to get results the day of for ultrasound. I know the results were sent to his regular veterinarian but they still had to read them and then call me versus speaking with the vet that did the procedure.

The vet nurse (name? She had long red hair) and the vet, Dr. Hedges, were both kind and compassionate, informative, and made much of my cat. Keep up the good work!

Everyone was kind (especially the technician - we don t remember his name) however we were very frustrated that the vet couldn t give us a conclusive answer about our cat s diagnosis and couldn t give her definitive treatment. She died the next day. VERY VERY upsetting.
