Dr. Norman was awful! In a matter of minutes, she changed the course that Dr. Hodges and myself made to treat my cat. Dr. Norman decided to not put a wrap around my cat‘s neck. Instead, she put the cone on my cat’s neck with an open sore on it needless to say I had to go immediately back to Noah’s animal hospital and have a wrap put on my cats neck as my cat got that cone off and scratched the hotspot and opened it again. Dr. Norman should not be allowed to see any animals in my opinion I would never recommend Dr. Norman to anybody. Dr. Hedges is phenomenal. She’s a phenomenal doctor in my opinion… it’s time for Doctor he just to retire. She displayed no empathy no kindness. She barely told me what was going on with my cat care. In fact when she told me she wasn’t gonna put the neck wrap on I looked at her and said are you sure putting the cone on a sore with no wrap on it would not cause any additional pain or further injuries. I my exact words to her where I’ve paid $1200 already and I do not want my cat in any pain. Because her words to me where “ it shouldn’t “ bother her. The nurse that treated my cat when we went back was the same nurse that was there when we first went in that day for our appointment and she was phenomenal too. She called me a few hours later to make sure my cat and I were OK. Every other team member there that I’ve ever experienced with has been awesome. I honestly think it’s time for Dr. Norman to retire when you stop caring about the animals you serve and the owners that take care of the animals it’s time to go. I will definitely tell everybody that that’s a great clinic, but to never ever be seen by Dr. Norman.

They gave great care, but pretty expensive even though it is emergency care.

everyone was wonderful , the only thing was that back room was freezing ... i had fo wear my coat the whole time . maybe put a space heater in there ?

Dr. Grabow and staff have given Lily excellent care since she was 10 weeks old. (she is now 10 years 9 months old). They are caring and take time too explain any questions I may have regarding her care.

The WHOLE STAFF was beyond belief, especially Ana, Lily and Dr Dyck! The compassion I could feel was beyond belief as well! Lily walked me through the care credit process and Ana sent me pictures of Rudy. It was like being with family. I could not have asked for anything more!
