Five stars for everything. I went in to reschedule my dog review which I missed on 6/27/26. The staff informed me that they had just had a cancellation and would I like to take the immediate opening. Cannot tell you how much I appreciate that. Got in, everything was great, Appreciated the vet setting down with me to go over his wellness report. She was very gracious with her time and appreciated her attention to detail. Also the front desk staff were friendly and ready to help. The young lady that took us back to our room and explained the process. She was fantastic, sincerely interested in Ollie. I appreciate all of you. Many thanks again. Donald Thompson and Oliver

Millie’s annual senior checkup, labs and vaccines went well. Doctor was through on her exam and all staff are professional and caring.

On Memorial Day, I had to bring in my cat, Pickles, to the emergency room because he had been sick. That night I was told he tested positive for FeLV and there was nothing that could be done. I had to put my baby to sleep. It was recommended that I make an appt to have my other 2 cats tested for FeLV since they shared living quarters. I made the appt, I even talked to someone a few days before to confirm the appt. I came in with both cats for our appt on Tuesday and was put in a room. I waited 40 minutes before a tech came in to the room and no one checked in on us prior. Upon entering, I was told that because the cats hadn’t been seen in just over a year, the tech visit that was booked couldn’t actually do the FeLV test. Or at least if they did the test, they couldn’t tell me the results if positive since it had been more than one year since their last wellness visits. My only recourse was to make new appointments and bring the cats back. It was very upsetting. I was already upset that I’d put my kitten to sleep just a few days earlier and was now there to possibly find out that one or both of the other 2 cats also were positive. But it also causes both me and the cats a lot of anxiety to bring them into the office in general because of the stress it puts on them. Having been a customer of Noah’s for multiple decades, I was very disappointed in how the whole situation was treated.

Brought Miss Grizzly in for blood pressure check and blood work, everyone is always very nice.

We spent a total of 6 hours in the room waiting and waiting and waiting some more. I understand staffing issues, but this was excessive.

Never, ever, have I seen a vet facility as nice as this. Dr Grabow and her team are just outstanding practitioners.

Coco’s visit was great. Not a long wait and her wellness check- up was complete. Amy and Dr Norman were very nice and accommodating. Today was a perfect visit. Thank you Noah’s.

The Doctor took a great deal of time providing all the information I needed. I never felt rushed by the Doctor or other team members which was a nice change and just what we needed.
