I am basically a Lifelong customer of the clinic. If 10 stars were an option I would give 10! Honestly, it is the best in every sector of the practice of Veterinary Medicine- customer service, organization, timeliness, cleanliness, communication, compassion for both pett and owner, and obvious continual education professionally. I am so thankful to have such an amazing resource available for the care of my animals.

We absolutely love Dr.Jake. The time he takes with each individual animal is awesome. If there s an issue he will say there s one....if not he ll tell you that too.

I can t say enough great things about Janssen Veterinary Clinic and their doctors! Most recently I ve been working closely with Dr. Lydia Mudd who has been treating my horse for canker. She s very thorough and knew right away what the problem was & started treatment. She kept me informed of all the steps along the way and always follows up with me even after the appointment to be sure everything is going ok. She welcomes questions & helps in any way she can. Dr. Mudd goes above & beyond just treatment. After almost 4 months of treatment, my horse is just a few weeks away from being all healed up. Thanks for all the great care! Stacy Hedges

I moved away from Sheridan last year but there was no way I was going to go to another veterinarian clinic. I have always felt very comfortable taking my pets to you guys. The Drs, techs, and front desk staff are always very friendly and helpful. My two cats were no worse for the wear after their annual exams and shots; I’m sure the ride in the car was the most stressful part of their day! Thanks for taking such excellent care of my four-legged kids!

This office is wonderful! I’m so lucky to have them close by. The care of my Powderpuff Persians is very important to me. Having the best vets keep my cats feeling happy and healthy. I love the gorgeous horses everywhere and how super friendly everyone is. That, in itself, is very important. To many forget this small part. All of you ladies make me feel like I’ve known you forever. Thank you!!
