Both Jake and Savannah were fantastic! They were very compassionate about my needs and my feelings toward my horse. They listened to my concerns, answered my questions. Both were very patient, offered suggestions and were eager to assist now and in the future. Couldn t have been more please. They put me at ease (as much as possible; now let s pray for results! Sherry ..if my answers didn t come thru properly, they were all 5 s!

My 13 year old granddaughter accompanied me as she wants to be a vet. Dr Mudd and her assistant were very nice to her and explained the procedures they were performing. I appreciated the time they took to educate her.

Thankful for such caring doctors and staff. They were all very helpful, and took the time with our sick Dana. Although our lab may not last long. We felt their sincere concern for her. On one of my lowest days, while checking out, I noticed the jar on the counter. I believe it was labeled Blessing and hugs or something like that. It was filled with little pieces of papers. I took one, stuck it in my wallet. I brought my very sick dog home, remembering that piece of paper. I read a wonderful hand written Bible verse. That meant more than they will ever know. We give Janssen s 10 gold stars !

Love Dr. Scott - he is so willing to answer questions and share what he knows - I always learn something new when he is at our barn!

Jake and Savannah were very professional and personable during the vetting of our potential new horse, Ari. Jake is very knowledgeable and thorough. He discovered a defect in Ari‘s fetlock and suggested x-rays. The x-rays showed the defect. He then offered to send the x-rays to a specialist to confirm. While we were disappointed in the outcome, we are appreciative and thankful that Jake found it.
