Great as always!

The vets and staff always go above and beyond to make sure all my pets are well cared for! My dogs love walking into the clinic and hear the staff greet them by name with lots of petting. They never hesitate to squeeze us in last minute when we are having an emergency. After moving I continue to go to their practice despite the 30 minute drive. I will continue to trust them with my dogs and horses as long as I live in Indiana.

Excellent as usual

Dr Christine was wonderful with my 7 month old Labradoodle puppy. The front office staff was very friendly. Our other doodle goes to another vet and I am switching him to Janssen.

Always appreciate the thoroughness of explanations from the entire staff. From the front staff in communicating about scheduling and purchasing products, to the doctors and assistants when they exam our animals. Being in business ourselves we recognize how important chemistry is among staff. You obviously put a lot of care into hiring.

Vet was running behind but the assistant was great and kept me informed and kept checking on us.
