Dr Thompson was so patient with me and gentle with my horse. His assistant was as well. Ive also attended a workshop and it’s obvious all Janssen staff love their jobs and enjoy teaching. I would recommend this vet service to anyone.

Every single person at this practice is so nice, professional. Everything was explained to me in detail. Always have a great experience here. Rarely have to wait longer than a few minutes. I would highly recommend this Vet to everyone.

Dr Katie was very helpful and patient with my questions. Have recommended her to others with regards to canine reproduction. If this clinic were closer to my home (it is about 50 minutes away), I would use for annual checkups also.

It’s always a pleasure dealing with everyone at this practice. I never feel rushed. My questions are always answered. Even extra things as when I couldn’t get vet records from another location sent to you, you jumped right in and got it done. Kudos to all!! Even though it’s a long way to come, it’s worth it.

As usual I feel my animal was well cared for and a good plan of action was put in place. CeCe seems to be perking up and mellowing out. I make the trip from Bainbridge because Dr Scott knows me and my animals and the staff is exceptional.
