With all respect, I consider the $91.00 extra charge to be unreasonable and unnecessary. Horses often have unexpected needs and as a vet practice every effort should be made to accomodate these without undue expense or burden to the owner. This fee seems logical after hours of course but not during normal business hours during the week.

Love Janssen’s. Dr. Christie and the staff are wonderful! 2020 has not been a great year for my two dogs. She and the staff have been so helpful and kind concerning both of their issues this year.

I have only the best to say about everybody I have contact with at your practice or speak with on the phone. Everybody is efficient and helpful and I enjoy bringing my horses to Janssens, which I do from quite a distance.

A courtesy call letting me know that the vet was 1.5 hours behind schedule would have been nice, otherwise the vet and tech were friendly and treated me and my horses with respect

I am very happy with my doctor and the way he treated myself and my animals . I was a little surprised and hurt by a comment the female vet tech said. I feel she needs to keep her comments to herself when I am dealing with a terminally ill animal.

Such a refreshing change to be treated with friendliness, professionalism. I will drive the two hours to have you collect my stallion . I have a repro vet less than a 1/4 mile away , but after being treated unprofessionally, I will gladly drive the two hours , to come to your clinic . Beautiful, clean , easy to deal with and very thorough and caring . I just wish I could use you for our full time vet , here at East Fork Stables. We house 15 horses here , some are boarders , but we need a vet that will come when we need them .
