Given the drive up format where we wait in vehicle: It would be helpful to me if the person that comes out to vehicle introduces themselves with name and role so that we know who they are and what they are going to be doing. Maybe it is obvious but I didn t recognize the person and was not sure what kind of questions I could ask. Are they a vet tech? This was always more easily understood when going inside the clinic, but this new format has changed things since this is the only person we physically see. Thanks

Dr Lydia Mudd went above and beyond to discuss my horse s condition and make me feel comfortable with what needed to be done.

My short appointment for routine shots turned out to be an extensive 1 1/2 hour examine, to include treatments and procedures. Unfortunately it was a busy day for the clinic, and they could have requested I return another day. However, Dr. Thompson took his time and carried on very thoroughly and professionally without hesitation. Yes, this clinic is fabulous.

You all are the best there is!! That’s coming from a 60+ year old with tons of veterinary experience!! HIGH PRAISE!

We had an emergency with our senior pony on a Sunday morning. The clinic got back to us very quickly and Dr. Janssen was there within 35 minutes. He was extremely thorough, professional, kind to our pony Shorty and answered all of our questions.

No better place to take your horse. The chute and stalls ensure that your horse can be treated securely and comfortably but most importantly SAFELY for everyone. Everything is clean and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Jake has the perfect personality to be a quality veterinarian - gentle, smart, non-judgmental, friendly and kind.

I ve been a client for 10 plus years and we have always been treated with respect and a true caring attitude from the front desk to the Vet Techs to the Vets. All first class individuals that truly care about my pets. My show horses are treated with the same care as my farm dog. The front office staff is friendly, helpful and has always gotten back to me with a quick answer. I am so grateful to have this level of care available in central Indiana.

Dr. Katie is awesome! Even though we weren’t able to get my bitch bred she spent over 4 hours trying. She got me in the same day I called and answered all my questions. I was very disappointed in the outcome but at peace with the decision to wait until her next cycle. Also all the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back and thank you!

This was the first time I met Dr. Scott and Wow, was I impressed! He took the time to thoroughly explain issues, options, procedures, etc. He even showed me how to help my horse be more comfortable with a chronic condition. The level of service and expertise exceeded my expectations!
