We had a emergency call for our 30 yr old Louie who was down on the ice. Dr Mudd came & was outstanding in taking care of him & us and directing in what to do & how we were going to get him up. Dr. Scott always takes the best care of my horse!

I’m not sure I responded on the stars as I meant to. I was very well-pleased with all aspects of my appointment. However, when I made the appointment with Kayla, I feel certain I told her I wanted to see Dr Janssen for Chiropractic treatment for my boy’s REFLUX. After examining him, Dr Christine told me that Dr Janssen doesn’t treat reflux. Only musculoskeletal pain. I feel like I wasted Dr Christine’s time, as well as my primary vet’s and the time of the other veterinarians who sent x-rays, reports, records, etc. Kayla should not have made the appointment. Perhaps she didn’t know Dr Janssen doesn’t treat reflux, but she most certainly should have. Dr Christine was a breath of fresh air, and a wealth of knowledge, help, compassion, and understanding. If I were ever to change vets, I’d trek the 25 minutes from my home to see her.

I love Dr. Jakes honest opinion!

Dr. Jake and his assistants are always super helpful to take the time to explain a procedure or treatment and we appreciate all they have done for our horse.
