Our tech was very helpful (I didn’t catch her name) and very sweet. Dr. Shannon McGill was also very understanding and kind to our dogs, especially the one who doesn’t like other dogs.

Couldn t say enough positive things about Dr. Thomson and his through and phenomenal care. He spends the time to educate and ensure that the owner is an integral part of their horse s health care.

Keep doing what your doing. I felt like both the vet and the assistant had a true concern about my dog’s well being and tried/succeeded in making her feel at ease as much as possible.

I have had two experiences with your clinic that have been remarkable. One was an emergency call and one was a PPE. Both experiences were met with exceptional care and professionalism and great concern for the animal. Although I was a first time and out of town client, I was treated warmly and as if I’d been a client for years. I would highly recommend your practice to anyone searching for professional, compassionate,ethical, quality, affordable care.

My horse was contained in a small area of our pasture but on this morning, I was unable to get him in a stall. Dr Mudd was so patient and willing to put in the time and effort to catch my horse and treat him. I very much appreciate her efforts!

We have never owned a dog/puppy before. The vet tech and vet were VERY helpful with all info, answered ALL of my questions and were kind and gentle with my little pup.

Dr Katie and her staff are professional with welcoming personalities. We had an excellent experience at Janssen clinic having our French bulldog Mocha taken care of along with the delivery of her puppies. Highly recommend.
