Wait time was very long but there may have been emergency situations and the tech did advice after 30 min wait that they are a bit behind.

My husband and I are very happy with the doctors and staff at Hopewell Animal Hospital. I went through a few vets and was worried i would not find one as we will be moving to the area this year. You guys are wonderful.

I was satisfied with the level of courtesy and apparent concern while there, until giving it further thought and replaying the conversations/interaction with the Doctor/Vet. My cat Stu was given Sub-Q fluids (although I don’t believe they were warmed. Of greater concern, and quite misleading was when I was advised (after asking) that Ozone Therapy Rectal Insufflation was helpful to the immune system but was at no time advised that it has the potential of further weakening the immune system. Had I been advised of the potential adverse affect, I would not have had the procedure performed on Stu, who already had a compromised immune system. Upon arriving home, Stu was clearly having greater difficulty breathing and expired today, despite the Vet at Hopewell telling me that there was not a lot of fluid (pleural effusion)going on - he was suffocating on those fluids.

I needed an emergency visit and got in the next day. Dr Scheck was great; took time answering my questions. Did testing to determine issue. Very pleased. Vet assistant friendly and calm.
