Sometimes I can t get an appointment in a timely manner. It didn t used to be this way.

answering excellent to all of the above and an added mark for prompt help as my husband took a fall outside of the facility and we received great assistance....also cat was a good feline and noone got scratched especially dr. williams....

I realize the hospital is busy. It would be helpful to be able to have a private place to talk with vet even if it isn t a room

Dr. Scheck is the best!

Everyone was wonderful! The main issue I have, and it is because we have been trying to help our dog now for over a year to walk. We have been referred to specialist after specialist. So had this been a year ago, I would think nothing of evaluation after evaluation before treatment. The truth is we have spent over 20,000 for our dog and have since gotten insurance which doesn t cover any alternative therapies. When I initially asked via phone about the cost I was advised of the first visit cost to be evaluated. So when I asked if an adjustment was included in that cost, the young women said, Yes. But it wasn t unfortunately.Because everyone was truly wonderful I didn t have the energy to nor the desire to dispute it. But moving forward, I did call and inquire about our next appointment for acupuncture. Given our dog is currently taken several alternative medicines, I would simply like to start out with a treatment rather than another evaluation. Dr. Scheck just did an evaluation, so can t that be used by Dr. Buchanan? Then, maybe at a later date, we can discuss possible herbs etc. Please advise. Thanks, Donna

I always enjoy bringing my dogs to you! You take the time, get down on their level, talk to them, pet them, love on them and give them the best treats! You take the time to explain things to me. I appreciate all that you do

The veterinarian techs and Dr.Buchanan were so patient with my cat who was extremely agitated. Very thankful to them !

HI, I am so pleased, with everything. My pet was in dire straights, so we were squeezed in, thankfully to see the doctor. They took care of him advised me on how to treat him at home, and when they had time, answered my emails and questions. I still had a question and the doc called and we went over everything in detail and came up with a plan. I am so thankful. The office is super upbeat, and easy to find, they take their time and have knowledge and guidance on types of food, vitamins, medicine and alternative care. Thank you Hopewell Animal Hospital!!!!! I really appreciate the loving care provided by all staff for our dog Fargo. Dr. William s is an excellent veterinarian. She s gentle, clearly loves animals and is respectful of owners.
