This was my first visit for my dog and everyone including front staff were professional and polite. The provider was very professional and answered all my questions without feeling rushed. I highly recommend

My dogs are excited to go to the vet, and they love everyone that works there. Everyone is friendly yet professional and as a retired vet tech myself I’m very happy with the care they give my beloved pets. I can’t say enough good things about Hopewell and highly recommend them.

Dr. Tierney, and Laura are wonderful with Rocco. His recent issues were explained clearly. I’m grateful for the genuine care my dogs receive.

We have two large Lab mixes. The staff takes the time and gets down on the floor with the dogs. Very caring, gentle and thorough.

Dr.Williams and vet tech Dana are so incredible with listening to our concerns and in dealing with Atlas s needs. There are so patient and loving with him. Dana is especially helpful and thoughtful in helping us enter and exit the facility to manage Atlas s reactivity to other animals.

I paid for a fecal test at our last visit and never submitted a sample. I asked if I could get a credit for the current test. The office staff referred me to the lab. I called and the lab said that would be up to the veterinary practice And why was I calling them? 1. why did your office try to pass the buck and put me in a very uncomfortable position calling the wrong person? 2. I paid for a test that was never done. In good faith the office could have done something for the current test, even a discount off the current test would have been acceptable. Veterinary bills are very expensive. Its no wonder some animals are neglected and not cared for properly. This type of action does not help and sadly contributes to that mentality.

Hopewell Animal Hospital and the staff are the best! Informative and caring.

Always excellent in the past with my beloved Bear so now Teddy is going there. Although he seen a new doctor - Dr Ruby Turner was professional, caring, knowledgeable and loving towards Teddy. Dr Buchanan is very thoughtful, caring and thorough when going over my dogs medical issue and possible causes. She took the time to answer many questions and suggested supplements that would help alleviate my dogs discomfort.
