Dr Ruby Turner took her time to exams my new 3 lb puppy and explain everything she was doing. Dr Turner answered all my questions and her assistant was also terrific. Hopefully my pup will grow and remain healthy but her annual exams and spay will certainly be with Dr. Turner and the Hopewell staff, (Note-My 13.5 year old shep was euthanized last September at Hopewell. The care and sympathy and understanding Dr Buchanan and all the staff showed was very much appreciated last Fall)

Very happy with Dr. Tierney & Dr. Scheck, who see our dogs. The technicians are also outstanding. Visits are thorough, never seem rushed. Receptionists are friendly and professional.

Everyone is always so nice and helpful. We get a phone call if the Dr. is running late, which is really nice to know (rarely happens though).

The doctors and techs I have seen at the visits have been very caring listeners who take time to make me feel heard and helped. Phone calls could be returned more promptly from doctors. The desk woman have all been great. Not really sure why there is an up charge for an emergency appt....you either have one available or you don t. What difference does it make if I can get a same day appt from just an opening being available or having to take an emergency slot? Thanks for helping me help my beloved fur baby.

Dr. Buchanan is SO wonderful with Lexi. She takes the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. She s very helpful with suggestions for herbal remedies, etc for us to try. The accupuncture really helps Lexi. The day after we left she was very alert and playful and energetic. Joe the vet tech is also so great to work with and helpful. Lexi and I enjoy coming to the practice. This past time the pavement was extremely hot and Lexi had difficulty standing on it. I was trying to lift her up to carry her. Will was outside and offered to carry her into the office. (That was so very nice of him!!) Dr. Buchanan was quick to address the hot pavement and ask staff to alert patients. Joe was very quick to get Lexi a bowl of cool water and offered to carry Lexi back to the car. She did fine going back to the car on her own and Joe walked with us just in case. I really appreciate this type of compassion and excellent care for Lexi.

The wait ended up being about 30-45 min to be seen. Although I understand it’s a medical practice and things happen, with a new puppy that is new to leash this proved to be difficult. The staff was amazing. Dr. Williams is fantastic and I feel grateful to have found a the practice that is aligned so to holistic care for my fur baby.

Care and treatment exceptional. Eastern Medicine Center fantastic. My 8 year old French Bulldog tore his CAL Ligament and was slated for immediate surgery. He tore the one in his other hind leg 5 years ago, and the surgery in Manhattan, along with long recovery and physical therapy cost close to $20,000. At Hopewell Eastern Medicine Center, Pepe underwent acupuncture treatment -- maybe 10-12 treatments and he is fully recovered; muscle mass almost normal again ; and energy and flexibility of a 2 year old.
