I was very pleased with the visit with Dr. Williams. She was very nice and thoroughly explained everything to me, reviewed all of Kylie s records to know exactly what was going on with her. She had recommendations and hopefully with all that we discussed, Kylie could live a long life with her chronic kidney disease.

Care and treatment exceptional. Eastern Medicine Center fantastic. My 8 year old French Bulldog tore his CAL Ligament and was slated for immediate surgery. He tore the one in his other hind leg 5 years ago, and the surgery in Manhattan, along with long recovery and physical therapy cost close to $20,000. At Hopewell Eastern Medicine Center, Pepe underwent acupuncture treatment -- maybe 10-12 treatments and he is fully recovered; muscle mass almost normal again ; and energy and flexibility of a 2 year old. My dog Casey and I loved Kai. Kai was very communicative and explained everything to my satisfaction plus it helped when Kai came at Casey with a peanut butter stick lol! Dr Tierney was very patient and gentle with Casey who is a very shy dog to begin with. Overall I keep coming back here with all the dogs that were in my life because you all are the best!!!!

My husband & I were very happy & comfortable with the staff as well as Dr. Williams. They provided us with special care & concern to our dog. I would highly recommend anyone who needs a vet to come here. One can clearly see how much their care, love & special attention is provided to all pets that come in. I was very impressed with the time the Doctor spent with us, explaining options, and with the amount of Drs available at the office. Got is right in, and assessed the problem, and fixed it! I am switching to this practice, even though I have been with another almost 30 years! Highly, highly recommend!!
