While I know it may be busier dealing with things due to Covid, I was twice left on hold for >5 minutes. This is all that keeps me from giving 5 stars for this visit. Dr. K is always a pleasure to deal with and he obviously cares about his patients.

Because my dog doesn’t get along with other animals I prefer waiting in the car and the techs taking her inside. Some people may not prefer it however it gives me less anxiety worrying about coming into the office for fear of coming into contact with another dog. You guys do a great job and I appreciate it!

I waited 50 minutes past my appointment time for my dog to finally be taken in. After his examine, I then had to wait another 30 minutes for be checked out and receive his medication, which resulted in me being late for work myself. Yesterday was a very unpleasant experience but thankful that the vet herself was very sweet!

I had to wait 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time until my dog was taken. 20 minutes is understandable, I would think management of this process/ communication can be improved.

I really appreciated having Daniel Claffy as my dog’s principle vet. He was always so kind ,understanding and professional. I will miss his kindness and the loving care he showed for my dogs. I wish him the best on his new adventures in Virginia. All the other vets I have encountered at your clinic were very excellent also. Keep up your high standards.
