Great new place and staff

I started bringing my 2 dogs here after a recommendation and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone is so friendly, my dogs are not nervous and they don’t push anything. They give you options and let you decide what you feel is best to try first.

I wanted to go to a new vet with our new puppy because I wasn’t very happy with my previous one. I was extremely happy in every aspect. The staff was so friendly, which is truly an asset for any company. Theres nothing worse than going to a business where it seems like the staff is doing you a favor by helping you. The building had a beautiful renovation. I wish the best of your to your business and thank you again.

This was such an amazing experience for my kitty. She was taken great care of and all of the staff was kind and courteous. Dr. Parendo took the time to explain all of the tests and results in a clear and professional manner, all while keeping good humor and making us feel comfortable and confident in his care.

Being forced to wait 3+ hours in my car was very upsetting. As we explained to the vet prior to the procedure, our dog gets very stressed when away from home. We were told that the sonographer would at the office shortly and that we could wait in the car for her. She arrived 3 hours later! I would have appreciated being told that I could stay home with my dog where he is comfortable and then received a phone call to come in 30 minutes prior to her arrival-not 3 hours. Very disappointed!

The new office is absolutely beautiful

Offer multi cat discount. Not just for mom n babies. One visit with 3+ cats is very expensive. Especially with customer loyalty history. It would be nice perk.

This was Missy’s first appointment and I was totally impressed by her Doctor and his staff, will definitely refer my dog friends and family!
