I am so glad that I switched to your office! I was driving about 10 miles away to see my longtime vet who honestly didn’t seem interested in caring for a senior dog. When you opened your new office and had the welcoming new patient sign out front, I figured I would try. The doctor was excellent- very thorough and the front desk staff are friendly and efficient. Dr, Rufrano is exceptional. She is compassionate and caring. She takes the time to go over everything and truly cares about Baby and me. She listens to my concerns and is helping me understand the changes to expect on Baby s palliative care journey. I am so lucky to have such a great vet overseeing Baby s health and wellfair.

Dr. Parendo is the best of the best, so knowledgeable, always great with my pets, and so patient.

I know a lot of people like the feature of waiting and calling from their cars but as an owner of a dog that gets anxious just sitting in the car especially on a hot summer day having to keep the car running with the AC on, I m not a big fan of it. The service and staff however are excellent so I guess if I m the only one that isn t fond of that then I ll have to find ways to calm my dog while sitting in the parking lot.

The staff was amazing as soon as we entered, very clean and we loved how there is no interaction with other animals. They were patient, affordable and the Dr. is too notch, extremelyknowledgeableand skillful!! He took such great care of our dog like it was his own.We truly appreciate them and will be going back for every other appointment!
